For the TalentEdge Fellowship program is it possible for a fellow to apply for a job and start working at the company before submitting a TalentEdge Fellowship application?

For the TalentEdge Fellowship program fellows are not eligible if they are a current or past employee of the company. This includes previous paid work as a consultant, contract position or part-time employee.

A company is allowed to hire a fellow at the time of the application development and submission. If the application is approved, OCE will honour the expenses from the application submission date.

Please note, if a company hires a fellow at the time of the application development and submission but does not receive funding under the TalentEdge Fellowship program, OCE will not cover any project-related expenses.

Please note that Previous internship(s) with the same company is allowed.
