For the TalentEdge Fellowship program is it required that the fellow be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada?

For the TalentEdge Fellowship program, the fellow must be eligible to work at the Applicant Organization.

For company-based fellowships, the fellow must be eligible to work in Ontario. If a fellow is not a citizen or permanent resident of Canada, the fellow must have any proper work permit required. Please note, proof of work permit may be requested by OCE.

For academic-based fellowships, the fellow must have student status at the academic institution for the duration of the fellowship.
