How long will the ENCQOR program run for and what is the breakdown of investments by the government and private sectors?

ENCQOR is a five-year initiative and is made possible by private and public investments totaling $400 million. The financing plan foresees equal investments from the project’s private and public partners: $200 million from private partners, and a budget of $66.7 million each from the Canadian, Quebec, and Ontario governments.
