The cash contribution being used for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Collaborative Research and Development (CRD) that also support Voucher for Innovation and Productivity II (VIP II) activities may be leveraged for a VIP II grant on a case-by-case basis.
