An industry partner is required to contribute $7,500 cash per intern, per four to six-month internship unit to apply for the Mitacs Accelerate program.
When leveraging with a Voucher for Innovation and Productivity I (VIP I) project, this contribution is additional to the cash contribution required to match OCE’s funding support. The industry partner will send this cash contribution directly to Mitacs when the VIPI/Mitacs application is approved.
