I have been sent an invitation to review but I cannot accept or decline the invitation.

If a reviewer is unable to “Accept” or “Decline” an invitation to review an application, it is commonly due to one of the following:

1. The reviewer missed the deadline to “Accept” or “Decline” a College of Reviewer (COR) project in the AccessOCE portal. If a reviewer does not “Accept” or “Decline” the invitation to review within two business days, the project will no longer appear in their AccessOCE account.
   
   
2. The reviewer may not be set up with user permissions in the AccessOCE portal. To review projects in AccessOCE, users must be enabled to review COR and/or ERP projects.

For assistance with any issues regarding accepting invitations and/or user permissions, please contact the OCE Program Manager listed in the program guidelines. 

When looking for an application in the AccessOCE portal, please ensure you navigate through all review tabs to locate the application for review.
