Market Readiness can invest in a concurrent round of more than $1,000,000 (CAD), however, if your company has raised a previous financing round or a series of past funding totalling $1,000,000 from third-party accredited investors, it must be less than $1,000,000 (CAD) to be eligible as an early stage investment.
There is no maximum threshold for third-party accredited investment for companies that have already received $125,000 and are seeking $250,000 in investment from Market Readiness.
Please note, if you fit the eligibility criteria, this does not guarantee you will receive Market Readiness investment. Discuss your suitability for MR with your Business Development Manager.
