Is there a way for a Finance Officers from Post-Secondary Institutions to be aware of the status of applications?

Using the MORS portal, Finance Officers from Post-Secondary Institutions have access to statuses of  pending endorsement, current applications and past application.  A screenshot  of the MORS portal is below for your reference.

The MORS portal also provides the access below:

• Pending Endorsement: List of all applications pending endorsement by the academic institution before applying to OCE
• Attestation Due: List of all pending financial attestations by the academic institutions before reporting to OCE
• Current Applications: List of all In-development applications and active projects
• Past Applications: List of all previous project active projects
• Report Due: List of all outstanding reports
• Previous reports: List of all submitted and approved reports
• Outstanding Balance: List of all active projects with OCE paid to date
• Project Change Request: List of all associated change request to the projects
