Completing reports for programs administered by OCE is a contractual obligation of the applicant and/or company.
Failure to comply with this reporting request will result in forfeiture of the holdback funds or the release of the next payment tranche and could result in the demand and collection of the funding amounts advanced by OCE.
Reports required that are not submitted will jeopardize future OCE funding
