What happens if I do not submit the proper receipts/documentation?

If applicants do not submit the proper receipts and/or documentation for their project expenses, OCI’s Finance team will communicate with the applicant requesting the additional documentation required.

It is very important for all to submit proper receipts and/or documentation for expense items throughout their project. Failure to provide sufficient proof of expenditure may result in further auditing of project expenditures, denied claimed expenditures, withholding of the full release of the final disbursement or a request for refund of OCI funds.
