Any Ontario-accredited post-secondary institution (e.g., college, university, research hospital) can apply to the Voucher for Innovation and Productivity II (VIP II) program. For research hospitals, the hospital must be a member of the Council of Academic Hospitals of Ontario (CAHO) to be eligible.
