Once a project is completed, applicants and partner organizations will have 30 days from the project end date to submit the Final Report.
Any applicant that does not submit a Final Report will receive a request for refund of funds. When a Final Report is not received, it is standard practice for OCE to proceed with the assumption that the remitted funds for this project have not been spent and the applicant will be required to provide reimbursement to OCE.
Depending on the program, progress reports may be required. Completion of these progress reports are mandatory for OCE to release tranches of funding.
Other programs administered by OCE require reimbursement claims to administer the funds awarded. These reimbursement claims will be required in addition to the progress reports.
For more information on how funding is released and program reporting requirements, please visit the Programs page of OCE’s website.
Failure to complete and submit the Final Report is a violation of the OCE contract. If a Final Report is not submitted, a request for refund will be sent to the applicant.
