The payment structure and release of project funds varies depending on the program.
For programs that receive advance payments, once all pre-activation requirements have been met and the project is activated the first payment will be released within 10 business days of the project activation date.
After the initial advance, funding is released after approval of project claims.
For all programs that do not receive advance payments, project funds will be reimbursed only when a claim is submitted and approved.
